If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, you can return it (unworn & undamaged) within 15 days and DeeLyn will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund. You must inform us by phone or email of your intent to return the item(s) within seven days of receiving the order.
Any returns must be appropriately insured. DeeLyn is not responsible for any damage or loss in transit of returned items. Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty in which case the postage costs will also be refunded. If you wish to be refunded for the return postage the nature of the fault must be communicated and approved in advance.
